Overpass Arena Terms of Service

Welcome to Overpass Arena. By accessing this website, purchasing tickets, attending events, participating in activities, or interacting with Overpass Arena in any way, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service and Property Rules.

All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated by Overpass Arena or the official ticketing provider. Event dates, times, performers, attractions, schedules, and activities are subject to change without notice. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for weather conditions, artist substitutions, scheduling changes, personal scheduling conflicts, or failure to attend an event unless specifically authorized by Overpass Arena.

Overpass Arena reserves the right to postpone, cancel, reschedule, or modify events at any time for reasons including but not limited to weather, safety concerns, operational needs, acts of God, artist cancellations, or circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a cancellation where refunds are approved, refunds will be limited to the face value of the ticket only and will not include travel expenses, lodging, fees, or other incidental costs.

All guests attending events at Overpass Arena do so at their own risk. Rodeo grounds, arena facilities, parking areas, vendor areas, and outdoor event spaces may contain uneven terrain, dirt, mud, livestock-related hazards, loud noises, flashing lights, moving vehicles, and other conditions inherent to outdoor entertainment and rodeo events. Guests assume all risks associated with attendance and participation.

By entering the property, guests voluntarily assume all risks and agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Overpass Arena, its owners, affiliates, staff, contractors, sponsors, vendors, performers, volunteers, and partners from any claims, injuries, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of attendance at or participation in any event or activity.

Overpass Arena reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest from the property without refund for behavior deemed unsafe, disruptive, illegal, intoxicated, abusive, threatening, disorderly, or otherwise inappropriate. This includes fighting, harassment, destruction of property, failure to follow staff instructions, or violation of posted rules.

No outside alcohol, illegal substances, weapons, fireworks, drones, laser pointers, or hazardous materials are permitted on the property unless expressly authorized in writing by Overpass Arena. All bags, coolers, and personal items may be subject to search upon entry.

Guests must comply with all local, state, and federal laws while on the property. Underage drinking, illegal drug use, vandalism, trespassing into restricted areas, and reckless behavior will result in immediate removal and may be referred to law enforcement.

Parking is at your own risk. Overpass Arena is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to vehicles or personal belongings while on the property.

Certain events may include animals, livestock, rodeo activities, carnival rides, mechanical equipment, pyrotechnics, or other inherently dangerous attractions. Guests are responsible for supervising children at all times and maintaining a safe distance from restricted or operational areas.

Overpass Arena may photograph, livestream, record, or otherwise capture images and video during events. By entering the property, guests grant permission for their likeness, image, voice, and appearance to be used in promotional materials, social media, advertising, livestreams, and other commercial purposes without compensation or approval rights.

Guests acknowledge that Overpass Arena is an outdoor venue and events may proceed during various weather conditions including heat, rain, wind, mud, dust, and other natural conditions. Guests are encouraged to dress appropriately and prepare for outdoor conditions.

Tickets may not be resold, duplicated, copied, or transferred in violation of applicable laws or ticketing platform rules. Fraudulent or unauthorized tickets may be denied entry without refund.

Vendor, sponsor, contestant, and participant agreements may be subject to additional terms, contracts, insurance requirements, and event-specific rules.

Overpass Arena reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or attendance at events constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
