Agricultural Land & Venue Disclaimer
The property known as Overpass Arena is privately owned agricultural land that is periodically utilized for rodeos, entertainment events, festivals, community gatherings, and related activities. By entering the property, all guests acknowledge and understand that this is an active agricultural and outdoor event venue featuring uneven terrain, dirt, mud, livestock areas, heavy equipment, fencing, gravel, temporary structures, loud noises, dust, and other conditions commonly associated with ranch, rodeo, and farm environments.
Guests enter the property at their own risk. Conditions may change due to weather, livestock movement, construction, farming operations, or event setup activities. Attendees should exercise caution at all times and wear appropriate footwear and clothing suitable for outdoor agricultural grounds.
While reasonable efforts are made to maintain a safe environment, Overpass Arena, its owners, affiliates, sponsors, vendors, staff, volunteers, contractors, and event partners shall not be held responsible for injuries, accidents, lost or stolen items, vehicle damage, or personal property damage occurring on the premises except where required by applicable law.
Guests acknowledge that livestock and rodeo activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to unpredictable animal behavior, flying debris, loud sounds, and fast-moving equipment or participants. Parents and guardians are solely responsible for supervising children at all times while on the property.
The grounds may not be fully paved or conventionally accessible due to the natural agricultural nature of the property. Handicap-accessible restroom facilities may be available during select events; however, guests should understand that portions of the property may involve rough terrain, inclines, dirt pathways, grass fields, or uneven walking surfaces.
By attending any event or entering the property, guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with agricultural land, outdoor entertainment venues, and rodeo-related activities. Entry onto the property constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
